Our mission is to create a framework where DAOs can thrive by promoting decentralized governance systems and fostering collaborations across various sectors. We achieve this through active working groups, hosting meetups, and organizing our flagship event, the annual DAO Symposium. By building a strong community and supporting innovation, DAO Suisse is positioning Switzerland as a global leader in DAO adoption and development.
DAO Suisse is an association under Swiss law. Alongside the mandatory governance bodies, we have a dedicated DAO body that can propose suggestions, with the plan to transfer more decision-making powers to it gradually.
A DAO body, with its own token, is being established to facilitate proposals, with future plans to increase its authority within the organization.
The General Assembly is the highest governing body, meeting at least once a year. It sets the association’s budget, strategic direction, and appoints the council.
The council is responsible for representing DAO Suisse throughout the year. Supporting the council, the core team plays a crucial role in managing daily operations and contributing to working groups.
